What days do you deliver?
We use royal mail for all of our deliveries and we currently ship monday - friday. the only day royal mail don't deliver is sunday.
Can you deliver to me?
More than likely yes. If you're not sure double check on royal mails websites.
Where's my order at?
we include the tracking number with your shipping confirmation so you can fully track your order and know where your goodies are.
Can I choose my delivery time?
not yet, but we're working on it.
How long will my goodies last?
we recommend you devour your treats the day that you get them. you can store these beauties in your fridge for up to 48 hours and gobble them up.
My order is damaged, what do I do?
the great thing is these beauties still taste on point however if you need a new box follow our refund process and let us know on info@patacakestudio.co.uk.
I'd love a slice of Pat a Cake action at my corporate event, how can I get you involved?

Can you tell me about allergens and additives?
no.. jk. we dont use any of those nasties in our bakes. you can check the allergens in the description of our goodies.
Do you make goodies for people with special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc.)?
maybe in the future, but not right now.
